For schools & organisations
Auslan practice for your whole school or team.
We're shaping Auslearn for schools, workplaces and community groups. Tell us what your people need, and we'll build group access around it.

Schools
Give students somewhere to review signs between Auslan lessons, whether Auslan is a language subject or part of an inclusion program.

Workplaces
Help customer-facing staff and teams build everyday Auslan, and keep it going after a workshop wraps up.

Healthcare and community
Support staff and volunteers who want to welcome Deaf clients, patients and community members more confidently.
Built to sit alongside Deaf-led training
A workshop is where learning happens. The weeks after are where it fades. Auslearn gives every learner a way to keep practising in between.
Learn from Deaf teachers
Classes and workshops led by Deaf people are the best way to learn Auslan. Only a person can correct your signing and share the culture the language belongs to.
Practise between sessions
Short video lessons, quizzes and reviews in Auslearn keep new signs from fading in the weeks between one session and the next.
Keep connecting
Real conversations and time with the Deaf community are where signing grows. The app is there to help people show up ready.

Common questions
- Can we buy Auslearn for our group today?
- Group plans aren't available to purchase in the app yet. If your group wants to start soon, register your interest and we'll talk through the options with you directly. In the meantime, anyone can download Auslearn and use the free beginner units.
- Does Auslearn replace Auslan training?
- No. Classes and workshops taught by Deaf teachers are the best way to learn Auslan, and contact with the Deaf community matters just as much. Auslearn is built to support that learning between sessions, not to stand in for it.
- Is Auslearn suitable for students?
- Auslearn is designed for beginners of any background. Schools often have specific requirements around student privacy and devices, so tell us the age group and how you'd like to use the app, and we'll let you know honestly how well it fits.
- What happens to the details I send?
- We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to understand what organisations need from Auslearn. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details. Our privacy policy has the full detail.
